Crusoe’s Island

One man’s story of shipwreck, solitude and salvation as told by himself.
In a dynamic one-man performance, Mark Cronfield brings Defoe’s classic novel to the stage. Rediscover ‘Crusoe’s Island’ and the strange, surprising story of Yorkshire’s world-famous castaway.

Adapted for the stage by Mark Cronfield (a former North County Theatre stalwart), ‘Crusoe’s Island’ is presented by Fell-Foss Theatre, a professional small scale touring theatre crafted in rural North Yorkshire in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. Whilst a relatively new theatre group, they have over 30 years performing and touring experience and aim to craft professional theatre in the heart of Yorkshire Dales and tour quality performances to rural communities across the North of England and beyond.
