What a wonderful evening it was on 23rd October 2025 at Ripon Cathedral ,where the Ripon Together St Wilfrid’s Stars  awards was held.  The awards celebrate the inspirational army of volunteers we have in Ripon, which enrich the life of our community.

Thank you to you all for your commitment and dedication to keeping the cogs turning in Ripon.

And a big thank you to all those who supported the event, including our esteemed judges, Ripon Cathedral, Ripon youth council, Cathedral View Cafe, Specsavers Ripon, Morrisons Community Champion and Jennyruth Workshop

We were also lucky to have Grace from Ripon Concerts who gave us 2 beautiful musical interludes with her violin, what an exceptional talent

An evening of joy, and in the words of Dean John “Celebrating all that is good in our city “
